It’s true. “No one knows Missouri’s backroads like John Robinson.” So says Rural Missouri Magazine in describing travel writer and author John Drake Robinson.
Robinson, the Missouri state tourism director from 2002 to 2006, is the guest author during a special “Meet the Author” event on from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Saturday, August 24 at Maria Joseph Books located in Wallach House Antiques, 510 N. West Ave. in Eureka, Mo. The event coincides with the 23rd Anniversary Celebration of Wallach House Antiques. Along with the author event, there will be free gourmet food samples and Missouri wine tastings all day from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 24th.
