Joyce VanMatre, Neighbor

Joyce VanMatre, a native of Southern Illinois, has lived in the St. Louis area for 21 years.  After earning business management and information systems degrees, Joyce moved to St. Louis to begin her career in computer information systems.  Joyce worked at McDonnell Douglas, Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, BJC,  and Edward Jones.  Once Joyce's daughter, Juliana, was born, Joyce transitioned from full-time career to full-time stay-at-home Mom.   She enjoys music, reading, scrapbooking and the arts.
