ReplyGreg you need to go back and look at Missouri law. Anyone other than a felon and some one under 18 can carry their loaded gun in their car. They do not need a CCW.

ReplyI am happy to say I grew up in Pond not Wildwood and would never say Wildwood. Back then you could 109 from Wild horse creek road to Alt road legally at 55mph. Slowly more and more people moved out into the area most in large subdivisions with small lots. MODOT realized this and set out a plan for 109 to be a 4 lane outer belt. The small lot (I have mine but you can’t have your) people decided to form a city to stop this and they did by forming Wildwood. 12 years or maybe even less Wildwood in realizing even though they stopped most development they could stop the increase in traffic. So what better then to offer up money to the state to (fix) the problem but only if done their way. Well we now see their direction and what an impact it will have on all commuters. Now the state is looking the other with the thought that this is the only way we will ever get anything done. It is such a shame that when completed all commuters will be spending more time sitting in traffic than there are currently.

ReplyI think the whole department should be fired. This have been a problem for a long time and should have been done when the road was closed the first time. I think they should cover the addition cost of my gas.

It is going to to be interesting watching this fail. All it will do is push people to use alternates routes.... Just what Wildwood wants
