Voyeur at Six Flags Saw More Women Changing Clothes, Police Say

FOLLOW UP: The 19-year-old male who spied on two teenage girls in a changing room at Six Flags St. Louis on Aug. 8 saw more than just those two. Police said he said several females full or partially nude.

The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office issued warrants on Jeremy M. Bates, of Pacific, for Invasion of Privacy in the Second Degree-Multi Individuals, said Lt. David Wilson, Eureka Police Department on Aug. 30, as related to an incident involving two 13-year-old females that occurred at Six Flags St. Louis in Eureka. But follow-up police paperwork reveals Bates saw more than just the two teenagers changing clothes. Six Flags St. Louis 'Peeping Tom' Was Charged

A 19-year-old male who spied on two teenage girls in a changing room at Six Flags St. Louis on Aug. 8 was charged today for a class D felony. Police said he saw the girls full or partially nude.

The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office issued warrants on Jeremy M. Bates, of Pacific, for Invasion of Privacy in the Second Degree-Multi Individuals, said Lt. David Wilson, Eureka Police Department at mid-day Thursday, as related to an incident involving two 13-year-old females that occurred at Six Flags St. Louis in Eureka. Teenage Girls Allegedly Spied On While Changing Clothes at Six Flags St. Louis

Eureka Police Department officers arrested a Six Flags St. Louis male employee for invasion of privacy when he was accused of spying on two young park visitors while they changed clothes related to Hurricane Harbor water park.

Eureka Police Department Lt. David Wilson confirmed a 19-year-old Six Flags St. Louis employee from Pacific was arrested Wednesday after he allegedly spied on two 13-year-old girls as they changed clothes near the parks' water-based Hurricane Harbor. "He was not a registered sex predator, and had no prior offenses," said Wilson. "He just took advantage of the situation after discovering a crack near the door frame that allowed him to look inside the changing room." House Springs Man Accused of Hiding Camera in Women's Public Restroom

An area man was charged by Jefferson County Sheriff's Office for invasion of privacy. Anyone who used the identified public restroom on Sunday between noon and 1:30 p.m. is asked to call the Sheriff's Office at (636) 797-5515.

Six miles from Eureka is a Price Chopper grocery store in House Springs whereat a man was charged with invasion of privacy for allegedly hiding a camera in the women's restroom there on Sunday. Frank Fuchs, 51, of the 6600 block of Bandstand Lane in Cedar Hill, was identified as the person who placed a video recording device in the ceiling of the female restroom at the grocery store located at 4600 Gravois Road. Jefferson County Sheriff Oliver "Glenn" Boyer said deputies responded to a call from Price Chopper at approximately 2 p.m. Sunday after a store employee found the recording device. Oddly enough, Fuchs was identified from photos obtained from the recording device. Fuchs was charged by the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney's …
