Wildwood Woman Killed in Car Accident in Chesterfield
Laura Dunn was identified as the victim in a vehicular accident involving four drivers that occurred Wednesday afternoon on Interstate 64 in Chesterfield, as reported by KSDK-TV near midnight.
Police identified a woman killed in a multi-vehicular accident on Interstate 64 Wednesday afternoon was Laura Dunn, 48, from Wildwood. Dunn died after her vehicle was rear-ended while she traveled westbound on I-64 just east of Clarkson around 3:50 p.m., according to Chesterfield Police Department reports. Dunn's vehicle traveled into the path of an oncoming Freightliner driven by a 57-year-old male, James Saale of Chillicothe, MO; the chain reaction pushed her car into a fourth vehicle. Patch's check of the Missouri State Highway Patrol report on this issue put the time of the accident at 3:33 p.m. Dunn was driving a 2004 Hyundai Elantra.
