Police Log: TP-ing houses in Wildwood hit an all-time high last week, with an apparent connection to Lafayette High Homecoming observations. Police were told one incident contained $300 spent on toilet paper.

Police Log: Two laptops were stolen. Three assaults were investigated last week by Wildwood police officers, plus more accidents and trespassing occurred.
St. Louis County Police Department-Wildwood (6th) Precinct officers responded to the following developments between Sept. 17-23: A laptop was taken from an unlocked vehicle on Ridge Bend on Sept. 17. Police were called to an assault investigation on Maple Crossing on Sept. 18. A traffic stop involved an arrest for a drug violation and stolen property from another agency on Sept. 19. Police were called to another assault investigation on Lakeshore Terrace on Sept. 19. Property located on Manchester Road was destroyed on Sept. 19. On the same date, more property was destroyed on Wellington View. Property also was destroyed on Sept. 21 on Shadowridge. Police Log: A variety of accidents happened again within Wildwood's city limits, but none of them with reported injuries. What's up with all the accidents lately? Perhaps some of them were dodging the reported animal running loose.
St. Louis County Police Department-Wildwood (6th) Precinct officers responded to the following developments between Aug. 27 to Aug. 31: An i-Pod was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on Ridge Bend Drive on Aug. 27. Police issued a summons to a pet owner for an animal running loose on Maple Avenue on Aug. 29. A GPS and phone charger were stolen from a vehicle on Jubilee Hill on Aug. 29. An i-Pod was stolen overnight from an unlocked vehicle on Aug. 21. A diamond ring was stolen from a house on Wynncrest Falls on Aug. 22. A person was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) on Missouri Route 109 on Aug. 23. Police were called regarding a loud party at a campsite in Babler Memorial Park on Aug. 25; 14 juveniles were charged with curfew violations and picked up by parents. Following are recent incidences handled by St. Louis County Police Department-Wildwood (6th) Precinct officers: A motorcycle was stolen on Waterside and another motorcycle taken from Lakefield Place on Aug. 13. Property was reported destroyed of property at Mercy Medical Building on Manchester Road on Aug. 13. An accident with injury occurred on Clayton at Sundowner Ridge on Aug. 14. A traffic stop found marijuana in vehicle on Aug. 14; suspect was issued a summons.
