Weather Predictions for Nov. 6 Election Day

AccuWeather.com reports while a large portion of the nation will be dry and mild on Tuesday for Election Day, there are some areas of the nation where the weather will be more active.

AccuWeather experts state at midday Monday that a storm emerging off the coast of the Southeast will produce rain and thunderstorms from the Carolinas through Florida on Tuesday, while a separate storm will spark rain and snow showers in parts of the Upper Midwest and Great Lakes. A third storm is expected to move onshore in the Pacific Northwest, bringing more clouds and showers to parts of the region. The current National Weather Service outlook for St. Louis for Nov. 6 (tomorrow) is:  "Mostly cloudy, with a high near 52. Calm wind becoming southwest 5 to 9 mph in the morning."
