St. Louis County Police said officers found Bobby Bird and Kaleb Briggs outside the burglarized house.
Two men were caught in the backyard of a Wildwood home they burglarized Monday, St. Louis County Police said. Bobby Bird, 28, of Wildwood, and Kaleb Briggs, 28, each were charged Tuesday with second-degree burglary and felony theft. St. Louis County Police said Bird and Briggs were arrested in the backyard of a home in the 100 block of Cherry Hills Meadows Drive in Wildwood. Police said they had just left the house at about 1:55 p.m. Monday and had a silver necklace and three gold rings taken from the home. Value of the stolen jewelry was estimated at $1,500. St. Louis County Police said Roy Anthony Garozzo was driving halfway on the road's shoulder, swerved over and nearly struck another car.
A Chesterfield man is accused of his seventh alcohol-impaired driving charge after being pulled over on Manchester Road in Wildwood. Roy Anthony Garozzo, 52, of the 1000 block of Westmeade Drive in Chesterfield, was charged April 19 with driving while intoxicated as a chronic offender. Garozzo has six previous alcohol-related driving convictions. St. Louis County Police said an officer saw Garozzo driving halfway on the shoulder of the road at 11:57 p.m. March 23 at Manchester Road near Ellisville Towne Centre Drive. A West County man faces two drug charges after St. Louis County Police said he twice sold marijuana to an undercover officer. Jonathan Everett Williams, 20, of the 1400 block of Carriage Bridge Trail in West St. Louis County just west of Valley Park, was charged Thursday with two counts of distributing a controlled substance. St. Louis County Police said Williams sold 28 grams of marijuana to an undercover officer at Williams’ home March 28. Police said he then sold 112 grams of marijuana to the officer on Wednesday. Bail was set at $25,000 for Williams.

A Wildwood man faces a felony charge after being pulled over for swerving on Westglen Farms Drive near Downey Terrace on March 16. Clint Terrill, 25, of the 18700 block of Hardt Road in Wildwood, was charged Thursday with driving while intoxicated (DWI) as a persistent offender. He has two previous DWI convictions, and has another DWI charge pending. St. Louis County Police reported an officer spotted Terrill’s car swerving and almost striking other cars on Westglen Farms Drive at about 1:30 a.m. March 16. A man from unincorporated West St. Louis County faces charges that he grew marijuana in his home after police received a call from his landlord. Andrew Ivanchuck, 21, of the 700 block of Diecke Road near Route 66 State Park, bordering Eureka and Wildwood, was charged March 4 with producing a controlled substance. A woman faces felony charges after St. Louis County prosecutors said she was driving drunk near the Missouri Route 109 and Shepard Road intersection in Wildwood. Christine Baichly, 29, of the 8200 block of Watson Road in Webster Groves, was charged Jan. 7 with driving while intoxicated as a persistent offender. Baichly has two previous DWI convictions, once on June 17, 2008, in Kirkwood and another on Nov. 18, 2008, in Arkansas. St. Louis County Police issued a warning about the deadly hallucinogen after a West St. Louis County parent said she believes her daughter may have been slipped N-Bomb at a New Year's Eve party in Wildwood, and nearly overdosed.
St. Louis County Police are warning parents and teens about a new synthetic drug called "N-Bomb" that is already responsible for deaths in several states. The first publicized acknowledgment of N-Bomb in the area is thought to have been in Wildwood, stemming from a New Year's Eve party. The name stems from its chemical composition, 2C-I-NBOMe or 25INBOMe, and police said it is a powerful hallucinogen that is a more potent and deadly derivative of mescaline. It has been reportedly responsible for fatal overdoses in California, North Dakota, Minnesota, Louisiana and Virginia. A High Ridge man burglarized a Wildwood home in early December, and also pawned gold Edward Jones jewelry, St. Louis County Police said. James S. Bright, 25, of the 6200 block of Sunshine Drive in High Ridge, was charged Saturday with second-degree burglary, felony theft and receiving stolen property. St. Louis County Police said Bright broke into a home in the 500 block of Nantucket Pointe Drive in Wildwood between 7:30 a.m. and 5:45 p.m. Dec. 7. A West St. Louis County driver faces a criminal charge after the woman struck two cars waiting at a stoplight on southbound Highway 141 in Ballwin, injuring another driver. St. Louis County Police said the woman who caused the accident was driving while intoxicated. Sarah C. Johnson, 42, of the 2400 block of Barrett Heights Drive in West St. Louis County, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault. St. Louis County Police said Johnson was southbound on Highway 141 and hit cars stopped at a stoplight near Milldale Drive and Manoro Way at the Ballwin city limits.
