This property, formerly operated as Eureka Nursery & Landscaping Company at 1421 W. 5th Street in Eureka, has been offered for sale for quite some time by Lechner Realty. The building had retail space, plus greenhouses. Lechner Realty's website shows it offered along with a second parcel at 557 Abby Lane, for a total of 2.29 acres. It is zoned for commercial use. The Walmart Supercenter is within 0.4 mile, and Six Flags St. Louis is 0.7 mile from it. The asking price is $8.52 per square foot, for a sale price of $850,000. What Should Move in Here? It's Not Filled with Kids at the Moment

Owners of Creative Expressions Learning Center, located at 76 the Legends Parkway, used to have a second location at the building shown in this article. The vacant building is located at 600 Top Notch, and is behind Fire Master on Fifth Street. Patrick Driscoll, the real estate agent representing the Top Notch property, said the location has been used a preschool center for 20 years. He said Creative Expressions also operates another preschool in Festus. With its large outdoor play area, Driscoll said the sale price of the vacant property is $1.2 million.
