A 16-year-old was taken to the hospital Sunday morning due to the following accident on Missouri Route 100.
A 16-year-old driver from Pacific, Ashley Whitmore, was driving a 2005 Buick Terraza minivan when it left the right side of the roadway near Missouri Route 100 and Highway OO. Whitmore returned to the roadway but overcorrected, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, causing the vehicle to go off the right side of the roadway again and overturn. The accident occurred at 8:10 a.m. Whitmore was transported to Mercy in Washington by a Meramec EMS crew. She was wearing a safety belt, according to authorities. Her minivan received moderate damage and was towed from the scene. She was the only vehicle involved in the accident, with no passengers.

A local man went to the hospital this morning, after encountering slick conditions.
Jason Gebhart, a 30-year-old driver from Pacific, was traveling eastbound on Missouri Route 94 in St. Charles at 5 a.m. Tuesday when authorities state his 2000 Ford Mustang was going too fast for roadway conditions. He was west of Berg Crossing Drive when his car left the roadway and struck a guardrail. Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper W. J. Luzenko said Gebhart's car returned to the roadway, spun and went back off the road into a ditch. Gebhart was wearing a seat belt, but was taken to Mercy Hospital in Washington by a St. Charles County Ambulance crew for what were deemed minor injuries.

A Eureka man was taken to the hospital after a vehicular accident at Missouri Route 109 and Fourth Street in Eureka on Tuesday evening.
Eureka resident Jeff Brennecke was southbound on Missouri Route 109 at 6:20 p.m. Tuesday when House Springs resident Tommy Dickerson was driving westbound and attempted to make a left turn onto Fourth Street. A Missouri State Highway Patrol report indicates the front of Dickerson's 1991 Honda Accord struck the front left of Brennecke's 2010 Ford Crown Victoria. Brennecke is 43 years old, and Dickerson is 65 years old. Both were wearing seat belts, according to authorities. Brennecke was taken by a Eureka Ambulance crew to Mercy Hospital in Creve Coeur for what was classified as minor injuries. Brennecke's auto was towed from the scene, while Dickerson's was driven from it. Both vehicles suffered moderate damage, according to the report.

Thursday morning, a Pacific driver lost control and struck a guardrail before her truck was hit by a trailer truck driver as she bounced back across the roadway.
Mary Rallo, a 55-year-old Pacific resident, died in a truck crash that occurred Thursday at 7:52 a.m. She was driving on U.S. Highway 66, 1 mile west of Dozier Crossing near Eureka, when Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers said she lost control of her 2003 Dodge Dakota. Rallo's truck struck a guardrail on the right, and traveled across Highway 66 before striking a guardrail on the left. As her truck was traveling back across the highway, authorities said it was hit by a 2013 Kenworth T660 trailer truck driven by Michael Middleton from North Las Vegas, NV. Middleton is 54 years old, and was wearing his safety belt. Rallo was not wearing her safety belt, according to the highway patrol report. Rallo was pronounced dead at the accident …
