Hidden Valley Owners Postpone IPO
Thursday's plans by Peak Resorts, Inc., for an initial public offering (IPO) were put on hold. The company owns Wildwood-based Hidden Valley Ski Resort and eight other resorts throughout the United States.

Hidden Valley Ski Resort Owner Files IPO
Peak Resorts Inc., owners of Wildwood-based Hidden Valley ski area, scheduled an $85 million initial public offering with a market capitalization of $153 million for Thursday, according to industry analysts.
