Prices could drop to as low as $2 per gallon, according to a St. Louis AAA executive.
If you’ve got a vacation planned in the near future, there’s good news for you: gas prices are going down. Gas prices in the St. Louis area have been rising steadily, and local experts are forecasting the trend will continue. Currently, gas prices in the St. Louis area are averaging $3.89 a gallon, according to AAA of Missouri. It didn't take long for one of my former high school classmates and Facebook friend, who now lives in Louisiana, to lay the blame directly at President Barack Obama's feet. In a Facebook posting, he writes: `Has anyone noticed the price of gas now? $2.87 down here in New Orleans. Does anyone remember what it was at the end of the George W. Bush Presidency (sic). $1.57 was the national average. Who got the most campaign money from BIG EVIL OIL? That's right (sic) the Obama Crime Machine. Is the fix in and has it been exposed by the media (sic). Nope. How about groceries? Ain't Hopey Changey great (sic).' OK...So let'…

All you have to do is look "North to Alaska" for the answer to your question..."Want Lower Gas Prices?". We need to be seeking our own sources for new oil reserves to tap & it's right in our own backyard (well, maybe not "backyard" but certainly within our country's reach!). As for your "line of reasoning", I'm surprised you didn't employ Chick-fil-A's slogan "Eat Mor Chikin".   more ›
