Looking for a gift for someone who has nearly everything they need? Members of The Eureka Project worked hard behind-the-scenes this year to help get a spotlight on the need for a larger library to service this area. Great strides were made when the vacated Blockbuster building was able to be transformed into a new location. An interesting gift for book worms would be to line up a yearly membership with the Friend of the St. Louis County Foundation. The foundation is a nonprofit organization, and donations are tax-deductible. The goal of the foundation is to help sustain bookmobiles, pre-school reading programs and teen centers, as well as the award-winning author series held at locations such as as the Eureka Hills Branch Library.
