Domestic Assault, Controlled Substance Arrests: Eureka Police Log

POLICE LOG Feb. 4-10: Last week, Eureka Police Department officers also handled an attempted suicide, a Walmart larceny and fraud at Domino's Pizza.

Following are recent incidences handled by Eureka Police Department officers: Feb. 4 An accident occurred at 350 E. Fourth St.; no injuries were reported. An attempted suicide occurred on Nelson Circle. A lost license plate was reported. Feb. 5 An accident occurred at Interstate 44/Six Flags Road; no injuries were reported. Bus Riders Report Assault: Eureka Police Log

POLICE LOG Jan. 28-Feb. 3: Last week, Eureka Police Department officers also handled several larceny cases at the Walmart Supercenter and a person who possessed drug paraphernalia.

Following are recent incidences handled by Eureka Police Department officers: Jan. 28 A larceny report was filed on Palisades Ridge Court. Jan. 29 A larceny report came from the Walmart Supercenter. An assault report was taken by passengers on a Greyhound bus. An assault report was taken on Hill Drive. Jan. 30 An accident occurred at 5695 S. Fox Creek Road; no injuries were reported. Display Home Burglarized in Eureka

The house was located in the Mirasol subdivision, a McBride & Sons Homes development on Highway W.

A television valued at more than $500 was stolen this weekend from a display home located in the Mirasol subdivision, off Highway W just outside of Eureka. The Jefferson County Sheriff Department's report about the matter indicates the burglary occurred at a house located on Mirasol Manor Way, sometime between Saturday and Sunday. Mirasol representatives told the sheriff's deputies the front office door was ajar when they arrived. The computer monitor and tower were found to be pulled out and cabinets left open. The television in the living room was missing. Deputies dusted the residence for finger prints, and canvassed the area but no leads were generated. Man Exposes Himself on I-44, Plus Other Crimes

POLICE LOG: Eureka Police Department officers responded to the following developments between Dec. 17-20, including more shoplifting and larceny.

Following are recent incidences handled by Eureka Police Department officers: Dec. 17 An accident occurred in the 700 block of Vista Hills Court; no injuries resulted. An accident occurred at the intersection of Central and Frisco; no injuries resulted. A person was arrested on the suspicion of shoplifting from the Walmart Supercenter. Stealing, Shoplifting at Walmart Tops Eureka Police Log

POLICE LOG: Eureka Police Department officers responded to the following developments between Dec. 10-16, including another attempted suicide, a fraudulent use of a credit device and identity theft cases.

Following are recent incidences handled by Eureka Police Department officers: Three warrants for arrest were processed at the Eureka Police Station; one on Dec. 10, the second on Dec. 13 and the third on Dec. 15. Police responded to an attempted suicide at a Fairway Estates Court residence on Dec. 11. A case of shoplifting was handled at the Walmart Supercenter on Dec. 11. POLICE LOG: Eureka Police Department officers responded to the following developments between Dec. 3-9.

Following are recent incidences handled by Eureka Police Department officers: Three warrant arrests were made at the Eureka Police Station:  one on Dec. 3, one on Dec. 6 and the other on Dec. 9. Property damage to a vehicle occurred at 131 Eureka Towne Center Drive, or the Walmart Supercenter, on Dec. 4. A credit card was reported stolen or lost on Dec. 4.
