Gibby's Restaurant to Open Mid-Week

Owners of a new Eureka restaurant will offer dining, catering and carryout orders. Get ready to take their big burger challenge—maybe as soon as Tuesday or Wednesday.

"We're living the dream," said O'Dell, who has 15 years of previous hospitality experience. His mother has owned the building located at 141 S. Central Ave. for the past 10 years.
