Your holiday decorating could net $100,000 for Eureka and Wildwood public schools. A total of 24 national finalists also will receive $500 to apply to December electric bills.
Not everyone has thousands of holiday lights in their front yard like at Santa's Magical Kingdom in Eureka, however many local residents sure create gorgeous displays. Now you can do something more with your masterpieces. Patch.com is launching a nationwide contest to find the best dressed home in its Patch communities, and the winner’s school district will receive $100,000, no strings attached. Beginning on Dec. 8 and continuing through Dec. 26, you can nominate your home by uploading a photo to the contest entry form via the Eureka-Wildwood Patch site.
