Eureka Artist Elected Greater St. Louis Art Association President

The Greater St. Louis Art Association (GSLAA) is a nonprofit organization with 120-plus members.

Greater St. Louis Art Association (GSLAA) members elected Eureka artist and gallery owner Steve Grzyb as their president. His term began Jan. 1. Grzyb, the owner of Art by: GRZYB, Studio/Gallery, located at 133 South Central Ave in Old Town Eureka, has been a GSLAA member and juried artist for two years. He served on the GSLAA board as publicity co-chair last year. “I am honored that my GSLAA fellow artists have chosen me as president. Eureka Artist Moves to New Eureka Location

The new facility features the work of artist Steve Grzyb, as well as displays local artists’ work, which is available for purchase. The space also is available for special events.

Art by: GRZYB moved to a new location at 133 South Central in Old Town Eureka. The new studio/gallery provides more than 1,700 square feet of exhibit and retail space. The facility features the work of Eureka artist Steve Grzyb, as well as displays local artists’ work, which is available for purchase. The new space also provides a place for community special events. “For the past two years, Eureka has really embraced and supported Art By: GRZYB. My goal is for this new location to become not only a place where Eureka area residents view works of talented artists, but also be a place where they can enjoy many other art forms; from paintings, weaving, pottery, sculpture, to music, poetry, dance, and even cooking," said Grzyb.
