It probably took 3 judges to get them to grant the warrants they were looking for. And the AttorneyRead More Registration and Disciplinary Commission (ARDC) is the "bar" you are looking for. You will find specific rules there and though anyone can lodge complaints, and all complaints are heard, the accused members of the bar have a right to defend themselves and their actions. The attorney for the arrested kid can file for sanctions, too, and move to suppress the information obtained by the warrant if it is judged to have been granted erroneously.

Here you go: On March 14, Judge Kirk Schoebein signed off on a warrant seeking subscriberRead More information from Twitter. On March 29, two days after Twitter gave police the information they requested, Judge Lisa Wilson approved a warrant for Comcast to find out where the person who used the Internet to access Twitter lived. On April 1, Elliott was identified as the Comcast subscriber for 1220 N. University St., the affidavit said. Two weeks later, Judge Kim Kelley approved the warrant to search the house. Democrats and Republicans one and the same on the county council. Both = UN Agenda. More GovernmentRead More control to push everyone where they want to place them.Time for Democrats to wake up to the fact that their heart to really help people have turned into only helping the elite and time for the Republicans to wake up to the fact that they are also only helping the elite.

No logic at all in this absurd so called law. 1st~there is no way that all the populous even knowRead More about this so called law. 2nd~there is no way that all the populous would know where or how to sign up for this so called ridiculous law. 3rd ~ there is no way that all the populous have a computer. It is just like the election, so many went to vote and have not paid any attention to what is happening to our beloved nation...and this my friends is what those in control are counting on.

It's not a "so called" law. It is law. Period. As challenged and upheld by the SupremeRead More Court. Love it or hate it, it is the law, not some so called law. Like so many other laws, the intent is right, just the execution sucks..

Find the petition and do your own "write in:" Leave the gov't partially shut down,Read More indefinately. It's the best thing for the economy!" We have once again been oversold by the media and prez on the horrors of a shutdown. It's not a shutdown anyway. It's a partial shut down, with a few more services being added back every few days as we determine what is really essential. Let's leave all the non-essential expenses shut down. We all have to get by on a budget without printing money, or without receiving a new credit card to use which has no payback consequences. The gov't can damm well learn to also get by with less.
