Wow, what a downfall. We used to visit El Nopal frequently - service was very good, food was decent for price, and atmosphere was pretty good. Overall, the value was excellent. Over the past 3 years, it's declined so much that we don't visit. Every time I visited, we had poor service, mistakes on the order, and had too fight mistakes on the bill. Needs a massive overhaul and new management
