Youth Mission Group Heads Out

Living Word United Methodist representatives will conduct Neighbor 2 Neighbor mission work in Kansas City this week.

A total of 34 youth and seven adults left Tuesday from Living Word United Methodist Church in Wildwood to drive to Kansas City to conduct an annual youth mission trip.

Adam Mustoe, youth director, said they are coordinating projects with Revolution UMC in Kansas City. The group will focus on construction assistance to elderly and others in need.

For fun, the group will sample some of Kansas City's famous barbecue and take a trip to the world-class Schlitterbahn Water Park in Kansas.
