Arby's Helps Hungry Kids

When dining at the Arby's restaurant in Eureka, one is also helping feed hungry children. Anyone can pledge to help and to donate.

leaders believe every child should have access to nourishing foods.

The Arby's Foundation managers are celebrating its 25th anniversary. For every Foursquare Check-In at an Arby's location during the month of November, the Arby's Foundation donated $1 to Share Our Strength's No Kid Hungry Campaign, for example.

Everyone can take the Share Our Strength's No Kid Hungry pledge by clicking here. Financial donations support school breakfast programs and summer meals for children in need.

For every dollar given by people, Share Our Strength can connect a child with up to 10 meals, according to the Arby's website. When one gives by Dec. 31, the tax-deductible gift will be matched for the first $500,000 donated, by the generosity of No Kid Hungry partners, such as Arby's.
