Rockwood Students Go 'BablerWILD' in Wildwood

Summer camp in Wildwood for some Rockwood School District area students is naturally wild and extreme.

Youngsters who are exploring nature this summer through Rockwood Community Education’s BablerWILD programs at in are having an Extreme Outdoors Adventure Week by participating in archery and fishing, according to sources.

Heather Stewart, BablerWiLD camps' manager, encourages participants to jump in and learn about nature firsthand through daily exploration and discovery.

“Fun and unique activities help promote creativity, curiosity, physical activity and hands-on learning,” said Stewart. “In addition to enjoying the outdoors, participants get to make new friends, practice responsibility, build self-confidence and develop new leadership skills.”
