Want to make ice cream a meal today? Try adding fruits, nuts or chocolate to make a more balanced meal. Add flax or sesame seeds, which triples health benefits from omegas and more protein, as well as additional antioxidants from the seeds.

National Ice Cream Month has been held during July each year in the United States since President Ronald Reagan designated it as such in 1984. He also named the third Sunday in July as National Ice Cream Day. Ninety percent of the nation's population consumes ice cream, according to industry reports, so Reagan reportedly stated these two July events should be observed with "appropriate ceremonies and activities."

I go over to St. Charles/Lake St. Louis more often especially for treats like ice cream or Star Bucks. I and friends meet where our 2nd amendment rights are not called into question like they are in Wildwood. That's just the way it is....

Marc sounds like my kids that think that the 1st amendment means they can say whatever they like to my wife and I. The US constitution only applies to our relationship to government; not whether a private business restricts your access to their property if you are armed.

Private business as well as propertyor home owners have every right here in Missouri to prohibit anyone from carrying a firearm onto their property, whether concealed or openly carried. The City of Wildwood has elected to prohibit the open carry of firearms. This is legal in the State of Missouri, There is a staute that allows "Municipal Goverment" to prohibit open carry. Wildwood elected to do this. Therfore I frequently exercise my 2A rights across the river where such infringement of my constitutional rights is very rare indeed. Many municipalities in St. Louis County do not do this. Open carry is legal in many including for example Clayton, Manchester, Ballwin, Eureka, Ladue, Frontenac, Florrisant, Crestwood....
The fear of firearms is irrational, they exist whether you see them or not. It's like sticking your head in the sand an dmaking believe they do not exist. There was a proposal last year in Troy Missouri to prohibit open carry, the police chief came to the City Council meeting and said he rather people open carry then conceal and carry, at least that way we know who is armed. The City of Troy said "NO" to the prohibition of open carry. I've traveled to Troy many times with my open carry friends for shopping and dinner, it's a free City when it comes to 2A rights. Many people who practice open carry won't come here, I frequently shop else where too. I believe in the constution, and in my 2nd amendment rights not in fear!

The owner, of course, should do whatever he/she wishes to do on his own property. I'm simply curiousRead More about Wildwood's Planning and Public Work's "guess." How does farming a piece of property instead of allowing it to sit vacant actually decrease its tax assessments? It doesn't change the zoning. What is the zoning of the property? If residential, how much corn do I need to plant on my extra property to decrease my property assessment?
