August Library Programs Announced for Eureka Hills Branch

Plenty of activities will be available during next month at the Eureka Hills Branch of the Daniel Boone Library for all ages.

Adults, teens and children have several activity options during August at the , 156 Eureka Towne Center.

Story Time: Sweet Tooth Stories

Listen to sweet stories about some favorite sweet things, such as chocolate cake, ice cream and candy. Stories and activities are recommended for ages 3–6, but all are welcome.

Magic Tree House Craft Festival

Create ways through time with crafts based on the best–selling Magic Tree House series. Registration required. Ages 5–8.

Tuesday, August 7, 2 p.m.

Magic Tree House Book Discussion: “High Tide in Hawaii”

Was “High Tide in Hawaii” a good book? What’s your opinion? Participate in this discussion and receive a coupon for a free admission to the Magic House where you can tour the Magic Tree House Exhibit. (Coupon expires Sept. 9, 2012). Ages 7–10.

Join a once-a-month for our Book Discussion Group for adults. This month’s book for discussion is “Caleb’s Crossing” by Geraldine Brooks. The group meets every third Wednesday of the month. Stop by the Eureka Hills circulation desk to check out a copy of the next book to be discussed.
