New wolf mini-camps for Spring

It’s breeding season at the Endangered Wolf Center, and we’re optimistic that will mean puppies this spring. With that hope and expectation, the Center is prepared to close to the public for April and May and early June.  No tours, no evening howls. But not everything will be shut down.

The Endangered Wolf Center will welcome children ages 6 to 15 during five half-day mini-camps.  Each mini-camp has its own theme:

April 5: Survival Skills

May 27: Scat-ology

June 7: School’s Out – Get Ready for CAMP

The mini-camps cost $25 each and run from 9 a.m. to noon. Campers will be broken into different age groups.

Information and registration forms are on the Endangered Wolf Center website.  http://www.endangeredwolfcenter.org/take-a-tour/camps/ You can also call 636-938-5900.

On the website you’ll also find information and forms for the upcoming Spring Wolf Camp, a two-day camp March 19-20. It’s also for 6- to 15-year-olds and runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.  The cost is $100 per camper.

The website also has information about Summer and Fall camps.
