Missouri Elk Legacy Banquet

Welcome to the Missouri Elk Legacy Banquet to benefit the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.  Proceeds from this event will fund restoring wild elk to the Missouri Ozarks.

If you love good times and the outdoors like we do, you won't want to miss the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation St Louis Chapter's 1st Annual Missouri Elk Legacy banquet and
fundraiser. We guarantee you a great time supporting a great cause!

This year's missouri elk legacy banquet is on Friday, June 17th, 2011 at St. Charles Convention Center Grand Hall. Doors open at 6:00 PM. During the "social hour" you'll enjoy drawings, raffles, games, drinks, and the silent auction. Dinner and live auction will follow.
Proceeds from this event will go to support RMEF's vital conservation efforts. Need proof? Since 1984, the Elk Foundation has:

  • Permanently protected more than 1,500 square miles of critical elk habitat.
  • Opened more than 626,875 acres to the public to hunt, fish and roam.
  • Improved nearly 5 million acres of habitat across elk country.
  • Funded more than 7,000 projects to promote conservation education and North America's hunting heritage.

Few organizations can boast such numbers - a reflection of the efficiency that earned RMEF a 4-star rating fromCharity Navigator. Local RMEF chapter events raise the lion’s share of the funding for Elk Foundation conservation work. The Elk Foundation emphasizes habitat conservation in states with wild elk herds, but a portion of funds raised in Missouri
are also are kept at home to benefit local conservation education and hunting heritage activities. To date, the Elk Foundation has funded 83 events and programs across the state to introduce young people and women to the outdoors, promote hunter safety and responsibility, provide physically challenged individuals with a hunting experience, and involve youth in conservation. We hope to see you at the missouri elk legacy banquet.
