Martial Arts Class - Intermediate & Advanced Tae Kwon Do

Martial Arts

Martial Arts lessons are instructed by Dien’s Martial Arts.  Classes emphasize physical fitness, recreation and competition.  All classes are held at the Eureka Community Center.  The ranks for both Tae Kwon Do and Judo are: Beginner (white and yellow belts), Intermediate (orange and green belts) and Advanced (blue belts, 1st, 2nd and 3rd brown belts and all degrees of black belts).  If you do not currently own a uniform, they are available for $30.00 for Tae Kwon Do and $45.00 for Judo from the instructor at the first class.  Visit www.diensmartialarts.com or ‘like’ Dien’s Martial Arts on Facebook for more information.

Tae Kwon Do is a martial art that originated in Korea and translates to “the way of the foot and fist”.  The Tae Kwon Do practitioner utilizes the legs to kick and the hands to block and strike for physical exercise and self-defense.
