Pumping Up Mentoring with Pumpkins

Older St. Mark's Lutheran School students in Eureka assisted younger students with a fun fall-time activity.

Seventh and eighth grade students at St. Mark’s Lutheran School in Eureka went back to preschool this week for a day of pumpkin-carving and story-telling.

The activity was part of St. Mark’s “Lead to Learn” project, which helps older students develop leadership, communication and relational skills by mentoring younger students.
