NY Times Best-Selling Author to Visit Eureka Students
Brandon Mull, one of the No. 1 New York Times best-selling authors, will meet with Eureka students Thursday.
Brandon Mull, writer of the multimillion-selling Fablehaven series, will visit three, Eureka-based Rockwood School District elementary schools on Thursday:
1:30 p.m. Geggie Elementary School
As an internationally renowned best-selling author, Mull's books have been translated in 30-plus different languages, according to Bradley Holden, a publicist with Shadow Mountain Publishing.
Mull launched this book tour by hosting a marshmallow war in Lehi, UT. Hundreds of kids participated in throwing more than 2,000 pounds of marshmallows at Mull as he made his way through an obstacle course, setting a new world record for the largest marshmallow fight.

Mull also will host a book signing at the Barnes and Noble book store in Fenton at 6:30 p.m. Friday.

He has seven New York Times bestselling novels, and he will be signing copies of his most recent book, The Candy Shop War: Arcade Catastrophe, which was released onto book shelves Oct. 23. This is book two in the series. Along with the signing, he will be handing out The Candy Shop War: Arcade Catastrophe bookmarks and posters.
