Wildwood Farms Community Garden - Speaker Series
Presented by Marge Wildberger, a longtime Ballwin resident.  She will share her knowledge and experience of canning and freezing as ways to preserve your garden produce.  Marge owned a produce company in the 1970's and was even known as the "produce lady".  She had a "mobile farmer's market" in the North County / Florissant area.  Overabundance made  her proficient in the  methods of preserving the excess.
