If you haven't read The Little Bookstore of Big Stone Gap yet, now is your chance. Author, Wendy Welch, will be coming to Eureka next month to sign books and do a reading and answer your burning questions. Her husband, Jack Beck, will be joining her, and ladies, be prepared to swoon, the man has a gorgeous traffic-stopping Scottish accent. *Sigh* I'm partial to this particular book, and to Jack and Wendy, because this book was the catalyst for taking the plunge and opening my own independent bookstore in Eureka last year. In this economy? Yes!
