Several Randy Jotte for Congress Signs Reportedly Stolen

Some of the replacement signs will include iSign chips, which will allow the missing signs to be tracked with an iPhone app, campaign officials say.

Several campaign signs in the 2nd Congressional District have been reportedly removed, campaign officials said Friday.

Jotte, of is one of four candidates seeking the Republican nomination for the district on Aug. 7. 

He told Patch the missing signs are in the Ladue and Chesterfield areas.

The campaign is inserting iSign chips in some of the replacement signs, which can be tracked by an iPhone app. Campaign officials said there will be a penalty for anyone caught removing the signs.

All parties will be responsible for removing all the campaign signs on Aug. 8.
