Brothers Fight, One Arrested: Wildwood Police Log

POLICE LOG March 11-17: During the last week, Wildwood precinct police also handled roofing-related fraud and a counterfeit bill received at B&B Theatre.

Following are recent incidents handled by St. Louis County Police Department-Wildwood (6th) Precinct officers:

March 11:

An accident happened at Clayton and Missouri Route 109; no injury resulted.

An accident occurred at the intersection of Missouri Routes 109 and 100; no injury resulted.

An accident occurred on Alt and Rockwood Forest Glen; no injury resulted.

During a family disturbance on Sandalwood Creek, brothers fought. One was arrested.

March 12:

Someone stole a saw from a trailer on the parking lot of Schnucks at 16580 Manchester.

An accident happened on Manchester Road; no injury resulted.

March 13:

Someone trespassed on property on Homestead Bluffs; the person was issued a summons.

A warrant arrest was made on Rain Forest Court.

During a traffic stop on Manchester and Missouri Route 109, a person was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

March 14:

A report of credit card fraud was taken on Cove Landing. Credit card number was being used in Georgia.

Accident with injuries taken on Strecker and Clayton.

A fraud report was taken on Sun Meadow where a roofing employee took payment for the roof, and did not give the $7,000 check to the company.

An accident happened at Westglen Farms and Manchester; no injury resulted.

An accident occurred on Manchester; no injury resulted.

March 15:

During a traffic stop on Missouri Route 100, police arrested the driver for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI).

An accident happened on Clayton at Missouri Route109; no injury resulted.

Another accident developed on Manchester and Missouri Route 100; no injury resulted.

A counterfeit bill was turned over to police after being received at the B&B Theatre, 16820 Main Street.

March 16:

During a traffic stop, police found the driver DWI at Westglen Farms and Downey Terrace.

During a traffic stop, police found the driver DWI at Main Street and Taylor.

An officer caught a person using a fake identification to purchase beer on Manchester Road; the person was arrested.

An accident happened on Missouri Route 109 and Shepard; no injury resulted.

Credit card fraud was reported on Nantucket Island. Reportee believes he lost his credit card and fraudulent charges were made.

Another fraud was reported at the police station where a credit card number was used in Illinois.

March 17:

Property was destroyed and a report taken on Chatham where damage was found to a swing set.

An accident happened on Clayton at Missouri Route 109.; no injury resulted.

An accident occurred on Wildhorse Parkway and Copper Trail; no injury resulted.
