Wildwood ATV Driver Overturns, Ejects Two Riders

An accident that occurred in Dent County, MO, on private property involved a man from Wildwood.

Michael Marks, a 57-year-old Wildwood resident, was driving a 2009 Polaris RZR4 All-Terrain Vehicle in Dent County, MO, Thursday when he rounded a corner and overturned. Two other men were riding with Marks:  Brent Grimm, 29, and Charles Sizemore, 29. Both passengers were ejected during the accident, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report.

Grimm is from O'Fallon, IL, and Sizemore lives in Fairview Heights, IL.

The accident happened at 4:45 p.m., west of Lake Spring. None of the men were wearing safety devices, according to authorities.

Grimm and Sizemore were taken to Phelps County Regional Medical Center in Rolla by a Salem Ambulance crew. Marks also went to the hospital, but on his own accord.

The ATV sustained minor damage.

The medical conditions of the men are unknown.
