Two Charged With Stealing Flat-Screen TVs in Eureka

Eureka Police said Joshua Caudill and James Beasley stole two TVs from Walmart.

Two men were caught driving off with two flat-screen televisions stolen from the Walmart in Eureka, police said.

Joshua Brian Caudill, 18, of Farmington, and James A. Beasley, 19, of Park Hills, were charged June 27 with felony stealing.

Eureka Police said Walmart employees saw Caudill push two flat-screen TVs outside and into the parking lot where he and Beasley loaded them into an SUV and drove away. The TVs were valued at $656.

Eureka Police stopped them shortly after they left the Walmart parking lot and both TVs were recovered, according to a court document.

Caudill is being held in St. Louis County jail. Bail was set at $7,500.

Beasley posted a $7,500 blond July 1 and was released from St. Louis County jail.
