Motorist Collides into House Springs Driver

A female House Springs driver was taken to the hospital after this early Monday morning accident.

A House Springs resident, Diana Young, 61, was traveling westbound on Route M in her 2007 Saturn Vue at 6:40 a.m. Monday when a driver from Dittmer, MO, was traveling northbound on Moss Hollow Road.

Ryan Honea, 19, failed to yield to Young, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report about the accident. The front of Young's sport utility vehicle struck the right side of Honea's 1999 Saturn SL2.

Young was taken to St. Anthony's Medical Center by a Rock Township Ambulance crew for what was deemed minor injuries.
