A 48-year-old Kansas City, MO, driver was eastbound on Interstate 44 at 4:25 p.m. Monday when he lost control of his 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt near milemarker 251.6, ran off the right-hand side of the roadway and overturned.
Patrick Linch was wearing his safety belt, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report. He was the only driver or car involved in this accident, and he was to Mercy Hospital in Washington, MO, via a Meramec Ambulance crew for moderate injuries.
His Chevrolet was totaled and towed from the accident scene.
