Driver Overturns Car on Missouri Route 109 Sunday Morning

Eureka-Wildwood Patch readers driving on Missouri Route 109 on Sunday around 10 a.m. were met with slow-going, due to an accident near Hidden Valley Ski Resort.

Slippery conditions due to Sunday's drizzle may have been a factor in an accident that occurred at Missouri Route 109 and Hidden Valley Forest in Wildwood.

A driver from Arkansas overturned his car while heading north on Route 109, said a Wildwood police administrator. The driver told police he lost control and crossed the center line of the highway, then over-corrected. After that, he said he lost further control and the car eventually flipped.

St. Louis County Police Department-Wildwood (6th) Precinct officers said the driver was not injured.
