Child Abuse Charges Tied to 'Most Wanted' Fugitive

This former Florissant man is on St. Louis County's Most Wanted list. To report a sighting of any of the following Most Wanted Fugitives, call 314-615-4692 or contact St. Louis Regional CrimeStoppers at 866-371-8477 (TIPS).

Officers for the St. Louis County Police Department website update the Most Wanted list as fugitives are apprehended. The list currently includes suspects wanted for statutory sodomy, unlawful uses of weapons, burglary, attempted child enticement, robbery, child kidnapping, stealing, forgery, assault of law officers, statutory rape and domestic assault.

Among current suspects is Deshawn Brown, whose photo accompanies this article. His last known address was in Florissant, and he is wanted for child abuse. He is 32 years old.

It's not being used by MoDOT nor are there any solid plans to develop it in the near future. His guess was that the property owner is farming it to obtain a lesser property tax assessment.
