Vote: Change Rockwood School District's Future
Letter to the Editor: The turning point, every game has one. This April 3 is your momentum changer!
There is a danger in weak passions; one may mistake the absence of any spectacular sin for virtue; one may seem to oneself to be a good enough sort, only because one happens to be temperamentally incapable of doing anything bad enough. – unknown
Apathy didn’t just start over night. For generations now, we have turned control of our lives over to the power hungry few. 311,000,000 Americans are ruled by 545. – Andy Andrews

The April 3 Rockwood School District election is about the future of our district.

This is not the time for citizens to sit back, criticize and complain about these decisions; but to step up and do something about the it. This is not the time to stay behind or sit on the fence. It is your opportunity to let your voice be heard and change the direction of our district.
Four Rockwood Stakeholders have filed for the two open seats on the Board of Education. Jennifer Kelly, Sherri Roger, Bill Brown and Victor Heiken are willing to give back to our community; and will invest their time, talent and capital campaigning for your vote on April 3.
RS for RS is sponsoring three Candidate Forums in various locations across the district to give ample opportunities for citizens to gather, hear from these candidates, and volunteer for their campaigns. Mark your calendars and make it a priority to attend.
