William "Frank" Eck Sr. died Sunday. He was an retired police officer from the St. Louis City Police Department. He was 73 years old.
He was the father of Lisa (Steve) Kuhn and Frank Eck Jr., as well as the grandfather of Mark, Michael, Morgan, Dillon and A.J.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the .
