Memorial for Oliver Kiehm

Private arrangements for this World War II veteran were handled by the Schrader Funeral Home in Eureka.

Oliver Kiehm died in Pacific on Friday, at age 89.

He was the husband of the late Anna Kiehm (nee Kristen). They were married for 56 years. He was the father of Robert (Susan) Kiehm of Eureka. He was the grandfather of Nathan Kiehm of Oakville, and Rene (Chris) Del Rey of California. He was the step-grandfather of Erin (Scott) Edge of Montana and Ryan (Tori) Inkley of Sunset Hills. He was the great grandfather of Klayton, Bennett, and Braedyn.  

He was a member of the Pomegranate Masonic Lodge 95 for 65 years. He retired from Union Camp (International Paper) in 1985. He served in the Phillipines in WWII in the Army's Americal Division. His family said he was an avid fisherman.

Private interment services were held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Humane Society of St. Louis.
