Memorial for 3-Year-Old Peter Rothweiler

Peter James Rothweiler died unexpectedly on Monday at the age of just 3 years old.

He was the son of Daniel and Kathleen Rothweiler (nee McKendry), and brother of Nathan and Ryan Rothweiler. He was the grandson of Mike (Pat) Rothweiler and Bob Jr. (Margaret "Jill") McKendry, as well as great grandson of Lorraine Loyet. He also was the nephew of Janice (Keith) Wolters, Richard Rothweiler, David (Mary) Rothweiler, Diana (Ken) Roettger, Robert (JoAnna) Rothweiler and Jonathan Rothweiler; and Robert III (Pam) McKendry, John (Clemencia) McKendry, Meghan (John) Scally.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the Schrader Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road in Ballwin.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at at St. Alban Roe Catholic Church, 2005 Shepard Road, Wildwood. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or to Team Activities for Special Kids (TASK), a St. Louis-based, non-profit organization whose mission is to enrich the lives of kids with special needs by providing athletic and social opportunities.
