Pregnancy and postpartum dance class, inspired by Belly dance, African Dance, Latin Dance, and Caribbean dance. Fun and Educational.
There has been a date change for this class. It will begin on Nov. 14 instead of the Nov. 7; all other details remain the same. It is located at The Studio, 113 West 5th Street in Eureka from 1 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. for five weeks.
If you want to have great fun while learning moves inspired by Belly, African,Latin, and other dance, and learning valuable childbirth prep skills and pain coping techniques that build your confidence in your own birthing ability, this is the class for you.
