Eureka High School's club Redefining Beautiful is hosting a Pantene Beautiful Lengths event. Redefining Beautiful is a new club that is dedicated to raising self-esteem through service. At the event people can come and donate a minimum of 8 inches of hair to be made into wigs. Further requirements for hair include: the hair must be less than 5% gray and can not have any sort of permanent dye, bleach, or chemical treatment. Vegetable dyes, semi-permanent dyes and rinses are acceptable. Stylists will present to help with the new "'do."The wigs will be given to the American Cancer Society and will then be given to cancer patients who have lost their hair. If you do not have 8 inches of hair, feel free to come and still take part in our Silent Auction. We have some great baskets, including a Cardinals basket with tickets to a game this season and also a Disney basket that has two passes valid at Disneyland or Disneyworld.
