Letter Sent to West St. Louis County Democrats

Today, just say "I AM!"

On a rainy Sunday morning, I stayed in and watched all the talk shows and was kind of disappointed with so much talk with no real answers. This after many Republican debates and discussions by potential candidates, all saying almost the same conditions, but again no answers.

Suddenly the morning shows were over, and as I went station-hopping I came across Joel Osteen of the Lakewood Church in Houston. He gave a different approach which he titled "I AM!" So my spirits were up.

For those who don't know or haven't heard, 2012 with mark year 50 in my running for office, not counting almost 20 years of getting ready for that start. In that time I went from 50 cents a day to some better days in productive farming and real estate and government work.  At Missouri University I found work for 10 cents an hour at times and felt well paid. Now I see overpaid athletes and coaches making much more than the University leaders.

Two years ago, right in the middle of a State Senate Race, I became a victim of lymphoma, which was called stage four, and I was rushed into chemotherapy of 8 hours on Nov. 2—Election Day. Instead of calling in polling places, I had to vote the week before. In the race, the Republicans spent about $1 million by all the candidates, while I spent $190 and was given 19,000 votes for 1 cent a vote.

I spent from Election Day until Jan. 1 getting what was called the best care possible. Then taken off treatment and more or less told to go home and die.  Shortly after that I attended a LEO meeting regarding the planned levee at the UE plant at Labadie where someone had placed info sheets about a new group, Live Beyond Organic, which was founded by a young man who at age 19 was diagnosed with Crohn's disease and after 69 doctor visits was told much like me to go home to die.

I joined his effort as an insider and was able to upgrade to mission marketer. Now the 38 year old has made a fortune after he found a way to live, and suddenly in November the new direct market system was launched to get access to the best products for our health, sell those products to others, or enroll new users as these products will not be available in stores, but by direct marketing and delivered direct to users homes.

I know there are more than 35,000 enrolled as my number is 35,282. In his first contact with us in email, Jordan S. Rubin thanks us and said they were busy with the hopes to enroll 1 million by 2020.

Rev. Olsteen's I AM statement comes in. After filing on Feb. 28 for U.S. Congressman for the Second Congressional District in Missouri, I believe I will have things in order to offset the ridiculous high spending of the others in politics by having a background of proof of what I say, when I am a part of more than 35,000 new businesses giving an opportunity to a precious and necessary program of diet which should grow at a much more rapid pace than any other segment as things get worse and worse in the coming months, So I AM a part already. Just think 35,000 new jobs in one day.

I had lost way more than 100 pounds while in treatment and since Jan. 1, 2011, have developed a new method of treatment away from standard medicine. Suddenly after a recent checkup, my same doctor who agreed I should go home and die, said, "For an old guy, I am in great shape." I renewed my West County Democrate membership, and in September bought a license for my car for two years, so I think I will be around.

I sent this to the WCD hoping the leaders would include it in a memo to members.

Thanks,  George Weber
