Valentine’s Day is coming! We’ll hear stories about hugs, kisses and friendship, and make a Valentine’s Day craft to take home. Stories and activities are recommended for ages 3 - 6 but all are welcome.

It's not being used by MoDOT nor are there any solid plans to develop it in the near future. His guess was that the property owner is farming it to obtain a lesser property tax assessment.
