Martial Arts Class - Judo

Martial Arts lessons are instructed by Dien’s Martial Arts.  Classes emphasize physical fitness, recreation and competition.  All classes are held at the Eureka Community Center.  The ranks for both Tae Kwon Do and Judo are: Beginner (white and yellow belts), Intermediate (orange and green belts) and Advanced (blue belts, 1st, 2nd and 3rd brown belts and all degrees of black belts).  If you do not currently own a uniform, they are available for $30.00 for Tae Kwon Do and $45.00 for Judo from the instructor at the first class.  Visit www.diensmartialarts.com or ‘like’ Dien’s Martial Arts on Facebook for more information.

Judo
Judo is a martial art that originated in Japan and translates to “the gentile way”. Judo is an art and sport of protecting one’s physical body, maintaining one’s balance and taking the opponent’s balance away.
