Food Fight: Letty Lou's Wins Breakfast Showdown in West County

We asked for your favorite places for breakfast in West County and one spot in Wildwood emerged as the best go-to place in the area.

Letty Lou's in Wildwood was this week's winner of the West County Food Fight, in which we asked Patch users for their favorite breakfast restaurant. It won with 45 percent of the votes cast in our weekly Food Fight poll.

Uncle Bill's Pancake and Dinner House in Manchester came in second with 33 percent of the vote in our friendly food competition. Third place was the Original Pancake House in Chesterfield with 8 percent.

The rest of the finalists had fewer than 4 percent of the votes. They included Bones, French Quarter Bar & Grill in Ballwin; Chick-N-Elly's in Eureka; First Watch in Chesterfield; Gingham's in Ballwin; and Sunny Street Cafe in Wildwood.

Voting took place from Thursday morning through Friday at 5 p.m.
