Esse Health Adds New Dietician

Esse Health is proud to announce the addition of Registered and Licensed Dietician Rachel Sestrich, RD, LD, to its staff as the physician group continues to expand its wellness programs for patients.

In her new role with Esse Health, Sestrich will primarily serve patients in the Tesson Ferry Internal Medicine, Southroads Internal Medicine, St. Clare, Watson Pediatrics and Creve Coeur Pediatrics offices. A graduate of Fontbonne University, Sestrich has experience serving patients in a variety of health care settings, including clinical, public health, and research.

“We are very pleased to bring Rachel to the Esse Health team. We’ve had positive feedback from patients who participate in our wellness programs, especially our monthly diabetes groups. Rachel’s addition will help further our goal of keeping patients well,” noted Carla Moore Beckerle, D.N.P., Vice President of Clinical Programs.
